Days 01 :  Flight to Manang/Humde @ 11000 ft. B/F. Start trek for Pisang gaon. O/N
Sightseeing: The newly built Pisang gompa and old village

Days 02 :  Start trek to Chame or Koto after B/F. O/N

Days 03 :  Start trek to Metha or Dharamsala. O/N. Sightseeing: surrounding terrain

Days 04 :  Start trek to Kyang after early B/F. O/N. Sightseeing: ruins of Tibetan khampa village

Days 05 :  Start trek to Phu. O/N. Rest for the day

Days 06 :  Rest and Sightseeing in Phu, Tashi Lakang Monastery/ Kyuchu or healing waterfall/ pastureland

Days 07 :  Trek to Checko. O/N. Sightseeing: Ruins of Tibetan khampa village

Days 08 :  Trek to Nar. O/N. Sightseeing: Old Phope Gompa, Nar village

NOTE:
Manang district falls within the Annapurna Conservation Area Project. A permit for ACAP will be needed including SAARC nationals. In addition to the ACAP entry permit, a special permit is required to visit the Nar and Phu Valley and the northern area of Tilcho village, Thonche VDC - formerly restricted areas.
