Kathmandu to Paro |

Day 02 |
Paro Sightseeing and drive
to Thimphu
After breakfast drive to Drugyel Dzong, from where
you can see the peak of Chomolhari.On the way back
visit typical Bhutanese farmhouse. Visit the
Ringpung Dzong built in 1645 A.D.Also visit National
Museum.In the evening drive to Thimphu. |

Day 03 |
Thimphu Sightseeing
After breakfast visit the Memorial Chorten, a huge
stupa built in 1952-1972. Visit the National
Library, Handicraft Emporium, Simtokha Dzong and
Tashichho Dzong. In the evening free of your own. |

Day 04 |
Thimphu to Gangtey
After breakfast drive to Gangtey .On the way halt
Dochula pass for the most spectacular view of the
eastern Himalayan ranges.Visit Punakha the former
capital of Bhutan.Visit the Gangtey part in the
evening. |

Day 05 |
Gantey Gompa - Gogona
A moderate trail leads through meadows and
fields,then ascends to the Tselela pass through
mixed forest of Juniper, Bamboo, Magnolia and
Rhododendron. The people of Gogona speak a language
called Bjopkha - the language of nomads. Their life
in this isolated valley has encouraged them to
continue using their ancient dialect. O/N in camp. |

Day 06 |
Gogona - Khotokha
A gentle climb leads to Shobjula 11,155 ft. and then
descends to a wide open valley. Overnight in camp. |

Day 07 |
Khotokha - Chuzomsa, or Wangdi
via Nizergang
A short climb to the Tashila pass 9,200 ft. Be sure
to fill your water bottle shortly after crossing the
pass, as the descent is dry. Walk down a long way
through ever changing vegetation into the drainage
of the Dhang Chu. O/N at the hotel in Punakha. |

Chuzomsa to Paro

Day 09 |
Paro Sightseeing
After breakfast drive to Satsam Chorten and walk to
Taktsang Monastery.The Monastery is perched on a
rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 400 meters
and overlooks the Paro Valley. |

Day 10 |
Paro to Kathmandu Fly
Drive to Paro International Airport and then fly
back to Kathmandu. |
